This charming hotel is perfectly situated in a central area, just a stone's throw away from the city walls. the location is even more convenient than staying in the Citadel itself. Guests can easily explore the nearby Old City and admire its stunning architecture. the rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the friendly and helpful staff goes the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including the opportunity to make your own soft-boiled eggs. the hotel even has a small terrace on the top floor, providing breathtaking views of the surroundings.
Some guests have reported noise disturbances at night, as some guests tend to get a little too lively and forget to respect the peace and quiet of others.

Stunning views of the Medieval Citadel from the rooftop. Loved watching the changing colors and the illuminated castle at night. Clean and spacious room with a lovely garden view. Convenient location, within walking distance to the Old Cite and the modern city for shopping. Although no lift, the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite a small issue with parking, the hotel provided a list of nearby free carparks. I highly recommend staying here for a memorable experience in Carcassonne.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful roof-terrace that offered stunning views of the ancient city walls. The location in the tranquil but large garden area was perfect, as it provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently close to the castle and the charming streets of this city. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing, with a variety of delicious local products. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
